All prices are subject to 5% VAT as per UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations. Quotes provided via WhatsApp or phone are valid for 24 hours unless otherwise stated.
3. Warranty Policy

- Used/Refurbished Parts: Sold with a standard testing warranty. Please verify the specific duration on your printed invoice.
- Installation: Warranty is void if the part is damaged due to improper installation by an unqualified technician.
4. Return and Refund Policy
Returns are accepted within 7 days of the invoice date if:
- The item is in its original, undamaged packaging.
- The item has not been fitted or used.
- A valid original invoice is presented.
Note: Special order parts (items brought specifically for a customer from overseas) are non-returnable.
