1. Parts Return Policy

Eligibility: Only parts purchased directly from Gulf Power Auto Spare Parts Tr Llc Sp (Carallz.com) are eligible. To qualify, the part must be in its original condition, unused, and include all original packaging and accessories.

Defective or Damaged: If you receive a defective or damaged part, please contact us within 5 days of receipt for a replacement, repair, or refund.

Timeframe: Standard returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

Note on Returns: Parts that have been installed, altered, or show signs of use are not eligible for return unless they are defective. Custom or specially ordered parts are non-returnable.

2. Return Process

  • Authorization: Once approved, you will receive an RMA number.
  • Packaging: Please securely package the item. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
  • Restocking Fee: For non-defect returns, a restocking fee of 5% may be applied.

3. Battery Warranty Claim Policy

Warranty Period: All battery products come with a warranty period of either 12 or 18 months from the original date of purchase.

Coverage: This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs is excluded.

Claim Resolution: We aim to process all approved warranty claims within 1 business day after receiving and inspecting the battery.
